1. Introduction
Kraut MauMau is a fast card game for two up to five players. The goal
is to get rid of all the cards you have. It supports a multiplayer mode.
2. Rules
Each player is dealt a hand of five cards the other cards are faced
down on a stack.
The first card of the stack is revealed.
Each player gets a turn to play or take a card.
The cards color or value has to fit with the revealed card.
E.g. the player can play 9 on 9 or heart on heart (club 8 on club king, spade queen on heart queen).
If the player cannot play a card, he has to draw one from the stack.
3. Cards
The 32 cards contain of four colors (Heart, Spade, Club and
Diamond) with eight different values (7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace)
4. Conditions
Ace - the next player is skipped and the turn go to the after
next player
Jack - can be played on any card except on seven or jack.
the player who play jack can choose a color for the next turn.
Seven - on a seven the next player has to put another seven or he has to take two cards for each seven.
5. Game finish and scores
The player who loses all cards first is winner. The game continues
until the last but one loses his last card.
After that scores are distributed depending on the rank and number of players.
6. Multiplayer
In multiplayer mode the number of players is set automatically.
The server waits each time up to five seconds for other players before the
game starts. The game is finished when the first player got rid of all of his cards.
